
SHIPPING POLICY
At Type B Designs, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. All of our products are Print On Demand, which means they enter production once an order is created. The production time for most products is 2-5 days. Print On Demand products ship directly from the printer to the customer.
Shipping is 100% free on all products, using Standard Shipping rates. Shipping times can vary according to many factors but are 2-5 days for most products.
Stickers are packed with care and shipped from our home office in Burnsville, Minnesota.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Examples of Eligible Return Issues
• Design printing error
• The item you received is not what you ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product, wrong color)
• Item was damaged upon receipt
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Sticker purchases cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for a different sticker if returned in original condition. Email us to request an exchange.
• Tees and hoodies cannot be refunded because of sizing issues, but they may be exchanged for another size. We strongly recommend you consult our size charts to ensure a perfect fit!
• Items damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.
• Items received in poor condition, such as worn or used products, will not be approved for a refund.
• All returns and exchanges must be approved by emailing asktypeb@gmail.com.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at asktypeb@gmail.com. Please submit photos or video along with a description of the issue with your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post refund payments.
